Maria “Mimi” D’Angelo joins TerraCRG as Managing Director of Sales Operations, bringing more than a decade of experience across commercial real estate investment sales, leasing, and operational strategy. Known for her ability to bridge production and process, Mimi has built a career optimizing sales platforms, scaling teams, and driving performance across both boutique and national firms.

Most recently, Mimi served as Director of Sales Operations at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where she led and expanded a national team of operations associates. In this role, she was instrumental in building scalable systems, refining processes, and enhancing productivity across a rapidly growing platform. Prior to that, Mimi focused on the North Central Brooklyn investment sales market at B6 Real Estate Advisors, where she developed deep market expertise. In recognition of her impact, she was named a Top Woman in Professional Services by the New York Real Estate Journal in 2022.

Earlier in her career, Mimi held roles at several prominent commercial real estate firms, including Massey Knakal, CBRE, and Newmark, where she built a strong foundation across investment sales, leasing, and operations.

A graduate of CUNY Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business, Mimi earned her bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Real Estate Development.

Born and raised in Westchester County, Mimi currently resides in Mount Kisco with her husband, Justin, and their daughters, Evangeline and Stella. Outside of work, she enjoys attending live concerts, collecting records, traveling, and being surrounded by her big lively family.
