Zachary joins TerraCRG as an Investment Sales Associate focusing on mixed-use, multifamily, and retail properties throughout Brooklyn.

Prior to joining Terra, Zachary specialized in new development projects, bringing numerous buildings in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Westchester NY into fruition. Zachary has shown success with both ground-up and gut renovation projects, bringing over 2,000 residential apartments into the market. Zachary also worked alongside one of Corcoran’s nationally top ranked brokers, and over the years has gained valuable experience as a leasing agent, seller’s agent, buyer’s agent, landlord representative and tenant representative.

Born and raised in Westchester NY, Zachary received his BA degree in Art History from Trinity College, gathering an acute understanding of urban development, design, and sales. He now resides in Brooklyn NY and is driven to further integrate real estate with urban landscape to fit the demands and needs of the modern era.

Outside of the office, Zachary is an avid runner, snowboarder, and reader. He enjoys frequenting museums, parks, and spending time with family. He is currently a member of MOMA and The Whitney.
