Kyle is a Director of Retail Leasing at TerraCRG, where he brings a strategic, hands-on approach to tenant and landlord representation across Brooklyn’s dynamic retail landscape. With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, working in all aspects of the real estate industry, and proving tailored real estate strategies for his clients.

Prior to joining Terra CRG, Kyle worked on the Investment Sales and Retail Leasing Teams at Lee & Associates. There, he represented national buyers and sellers in transactions across a variety of asset classes, including multi-family, retail, development, net lease, and hotel. Kyle also worked as a Retail Leasing Specialist, concentrating on both Tenant and Landlord representation throughout the East Coast and providing end-to-end leasing and advisory services.

Before his time at Lee & Associates, Kyle held Senior Associates roles in Transwestern’s Washington, DC and New York City offices. At Transwestern, he focused primarily on Office and Retail Leasing throughout both markets.

Originally from the Washington, D.C. metro area, Kyle is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. He now resides in Brooklyn and is passionate about the intersection of real estate, design, and community development – helping his clients navigate Brooklyn’s evolving landscape and neighborhoods.
