Nelson Kim is an Associate on the Retail Leasing team at TerraCRG, where he focuses on landlord and tenant representation across Brooklyn’s diverse neighborhoods. Prior to joining TerraCRG, Nelson worked alongside one of Compass’s nationally top-ranked brokers, gaining experience with high-volume transactions and market strategy on a team recognized as #2 in Brooklyn and among the Top 10 in New York by WSJ/Real Trends. He also brings hands-on property management experience from California as well as an entrepreneurial background working with small businesses and startups.
