Wil Kehler joined TerraCRG in 2026 as an Investment Sales Associate, focusing on industrial properties across North Brooklyn, including Williamsburg, East Williamsburg, and Greenpoint. He leverages market research and data-driven analysis to advise owners and investors in one of New York City’s most competitive industrial corridors.

Wil earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Quantitative Methods from Indiana University, where he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, econometrics, and market modeling.

He is a gold medal–winning para-athlete at the Ski Spectacular and a recipient of the New York Giants Football Scholarship from the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Foundation, which recognizes resilience and a commitment to excellence.

Originally from Westfield, New Jersey, Wil enjoys snowboarding, traveling, and exploring New York City’s neighborhoods and food scene.
