TerraCRG has been retained to exclusively represent ownership in the sale of 545 Sackett Street in the Gowanus
section of Brooklyn.

The offering represents one of the last sizable development parcels in the Gowanus and could be redeveloped into an
office/retail or hotel as of right.

The ~42,000 SF building runs the length of Nevins Street between Sackett Street and Degraw Street with 200′ of
frontage on Sackett, Nevins and Degraw Streets. The property is zoned M1-2 allowing a total of 80,000 buildable SF.
The building will be delivered mostly vacant and is situated in the proposed Gowanus rezoning area.

Over the past few years, Gowanus has been transformed from an industrial neighborhood into a hub for residential,
office, retail and the arts.
