Ben joined TerraCRG in the summer of 2020, one year after he finished his internship with TerraCRG in the summer of 2019. Ben currently focuses on investment sales throughout the borough.

Ben joins the firm from a small, local family business that was established for over 70 years, in Brooklyn. The business changed focus in 2012 when it became a multi-tenanted rental property, and Ben was able to see what it really took to build a successful real estate business. Since then, Ben has been involved in all aspects of sales at TerraCRG. His career started on the debt side selling distressed, non-performing loans secured by commercial real estate. From there, Ben learned the fee simple side and brings an analytical perspective to all his deals. A true believer in the Brooklyn market, Ben has incredible passion for the borough of Brooklyn.

Ben graduated from Arcadia University in 2020 where he studied Business Administration, International Studies and Sociology. He was also a member of the Lacrosse team for two years. Today, Ben enjoys to travel, cook and find creative ways to stay healthy.
