The Opportunity

TerraCRG is recruiting a proven Investment Sales Broker to join our platform as a senior contributor. This is an invitation for a producing broker who has already built something to come and scale it further. What You’ll Do

▸ Source, pitch, and close investment sales transactions across Brooklyn’s most active submarkets — multifamily, mixed-use, development sites, and commercial assets.

▸ Own your client relationships end-to-end: from initial engagement and valuation through negotiation, contract execution, and post-close follow-up.

▸ Expand your market share by leveraging TerraCRG’s research infrastructure, proprietary deal pipeline, and deep ownership network.

▸ Originate new mandates through your existing book of business and targeted business development within assigned territories and asset classes.

▸ Collaborate across TerraCRG’s investment sales and research divisions to surface opportunities and deliver comprehensive market intelligence to clients.

▸ Represent TerraCRG at industry events, ownership meetings, and in the market — as a peer, not a trainee.

 

Who You Are

▸ An active producer with 5+ years of commercial real estate brokerage experience, ideally in investment sales, capital markets, or closely related disciplines.

▸ You have a track record of closed transactions and an existing client base you’ve cultivated — owners, investors, developers, private equity, or family offices.

▸ You’re not looking for a job. You’re looking for a better platform to do more of what you already do well.

▸ Deep familiarity with Brooklyn or NYC investment markets, deal structures, cap rates, underwriting, and the regulatory landscape that shapes asset values.

▸ Licensed New York Real Estate Broker or Salesperson.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role with earning potential that scales directly with your production. Senior producers at TerraCRG benefit from:
