Sam Daugherty joined TerraCRG as an Investment Sales Associate, specializing in the sale of multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout North Brooklyn.

Born and raised in Carmel, Indiana, Sam earned her Bachelor's degree in Management from Indiana University, with a minor in Business. Prior to joining TerraCRG, she interned with a commercial real estate firm in Indianapolis, gaining early exposure to the industry, and spent time volunteering with the foster care system in Bloomington, a cause she remains deeply passionate about.

Outside of work, Sam is a hot yoga and Pilates enthusiast and a devoted Hoosier fan who loves to travel, scuba dive, and seek out farmers' markets and hidden gems around the city. She's always on the hunt for the best coffee and food spots and enjoys walks through New York's many parks.
