TerraCRG Retained Exclusively to Sell $50 Million Williamsburg Portfolio

BCB Property Management has put another portfolio of apartment buildings up for sale.

The real estate investment company, which is controlled by Debrah Lee Charatan and her son Bennat Berger, for whom the company is named, have hired Adam Hess, a broker at TerraCRG, to market and sell three residential properties in Williamsburg.

“BCB did a nice job renovating the existing free market apartments in these buildings,” Hess said. “They realized they had come to a good juncture to sell, at a moment when there is still future upside for the next buyer.”
