Trio behind restaurant and beer garden The Ainslie buys its Williamsburg building | Crain’s Copy

The Ainslie’s retail building spans approximately 9,100 square feet across three floors and includes around an additional 1,700 square feet of outdoor space. It currently includes multiple bar areas and a mezzanine positioned for private events. The property carries a M1-2/R6A (MX-8) zoning designation, which allows for multiple future uses such as residential, commercial and mixed-use.

TerraCRG’s Daniel Lebor, Dan Marks and Thomas Horrigan represented the sellers, members of Connecticut-based Pilot Real Estate Group and NYC developer Horrigan Development, and the Ainslie Restaurant Group in the transaction.
