Williamsburg Italian spot Ainslie recently bought the building it’s located in at 76 Ainslie St. for $8.6 million.
The 10,000-square-foot property sold to Ainslie Restaurant Group. Daniel Lebor, Dan Marks and Thomas Horrigan of TerraCRG represented both the buyer and the sellers on the deal. The previous owners are Pilot Real Estate Group and Horrigan Development.
