Although 2025 saw multiple properties sell for more than $100 million, 2024 saw two transactions that dwarfed that amount: Camber Property Group’s $845 million purchase of Linden Plaza in East New York and Silverstein Properties’ approximately $672 million takeover of Brooklyn Tower in Downtown Brooklyn.
“That’s almost exactly the difference in dollar volume,” said TerraCRG CEO Dan Marks. “In the Brooklyn market, when you see $500 million-plus deals trading, those are going to have a really outsized influence on the dollar volume numbers for that year.”
