The onetime owner of a long-shuttered Williamsburg diner has now scooped up a quartet of Red Hook residential and mixed-use buildings for $12.4 million, according to the brokers involved in the transaction.
Sandy Stillman, who had owned the former Wythe Diner for nearly three decades before selling the lot it sits on to a developer, has purchased the four buildings at 121 Dikeman St. and 253, 301 and 385 Van Brunt St. in the south Brooklyn neighborhood.
