TerraCRG has completed the sale of 119 42nd St., a fully renovated commercial building, located in Sunset Park. The asset sold for $2.2 million, and the seller was exclusively represented by TerraCRG partners Dan Marks and Daniel Lebor, along with senior associate Jackson O’Neill. TerraCRG also procured the buyer for this transaction.
