BNP Paribas opens redesigned office building in Midtown (plus other NYC-area real estate news)

Two neighboring residential development sites in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, have sold for $5.45 million. They include the $2.35 million sale of 30 Bushwick Ave. and 32 Bushwick Ave for $3.1 million to Anthony Morena + Mortar Group. The vacant 30 Bushwick Ave., a 2,081-square-foot site, has approved plans for a five-story mixed-use elevator building featuring eight units, allowing for a total of 7,180 buildable square feet. Commercial real estate brokerage TerraCRG said the irregular sized lot posed some challenges when marketing so it reached out to neighboring site owners.
