TerraCRG announced the following leases:
• At 1000 Dean Street in Crown Heights. SACKVILLE, a contemporary cannabis brand, signed a three-year lease for 780 s/f
• Architects Associate, a team of architects who aspire to create a better world, signed a three-year lease for 715 s/f at 1000 Dean Street.
• Spear Physical Therapy leased 3,750 s/f lat 794 Union Street in Park Slope. Spear Physical Therapy has signed a 10-year lease near the asking rent of $36 psf. The space will be delivered as-is. Chris Havens and Caroline Pardo of TerraCRG represented the landlord, and Evan Clements of Dartmouth represented the tenant.
