Antonina Agrusa

Antonina Agrusa is the Director of Marketing at TerraCRG and is responsible for leading the firm’s marketing and communication efforts, both those in support of the firm’s client assignments, as well as those aimed at defining and communicating the firm’s brand and advancing TerraCRG’s profile and positioning in the market overall.

Prior to joining TerraCRG, Antonina was the Director of Brooklyn Tourism at the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. In this role, she focused on curating all programs, managing community partnerships, communications, public relations and social media efforts for their tourism department, Explore Brooklyn.

A lifelong Brooklynite, Antonina was born and raised in Bensonhurst. She enjoys spending her free time exploring new places – whether it be restaurants, cafes, or different cities around the world.

Most recent achievement: Antonina Agrusa and Elyse Robertson spent September thru December of 2018 collaboratively redefining TerraCRG’s marketing and branding aesthetic to create a standout impression within the dense commercial real estate realm while sticking true to the company’s “Only Brooklyn” vibe. Together, the duo has brought a fresh, new design perspective and ideas to offering memorandums, flyers, advertisements, and social media that has effectively reached new and existing clients, and in the first half of 2019 has directly generated new business for the Company.

Abbie Cheng joined TerraCRG in February 2017 as a leasing associate on the retail leasing team lead by Peter Schubert. Abbie focuses on landlord and tenant representation assignments throughout Brooklyn. Prior to joining TerraCRG, she previously worked in construction management for a Manhattan-based general contractor, and also as a retail sales associate at UNIQLO. A mentor at the general contracting company guided and encouraged Cheng to pursue a career in real estate and get her broker license.

Abbie Cheng

Abbie completed her BBA in Finance and Investments with a 4.0 GPA at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, where she continues to work as a teaching assistant, workshop leader, and calculus tutor. She is a member of Sigma Alpha Delta, the oldest honor society at Baruch College.

Abbie likes to run, bike, and write calligraphy during her spare time. Her favorite event in the borough is the Brooklyn Flea in Dumbo – a place where you can find vintage and old-school crafts while enjoying the best view of the Brooklyn Bridge. She is a Brooklyn resident and speaks Mandarin and Cantonese.
