Eight Buildings in Brooklyn Hit the Market for $52.5 million

An ex-Wall Street attorney who began buying Brooklyn real estate in the 1980s is selling an eight-building portfolio for $52.5 million.

“I look at this as an opportunity for someone who wants to essentially buy shares in each of Brooklyn’s premier neighborhoods,” said Adam Hess of TerraCRG, the brokerage firm handling the sale.
