Montyson NYC, Inc. acquired the multifamily building at 851 Franklin Avenue in Brooklyn, NY from The Brooklyn Home Company for $5.5 million, or about $344,000 per unit. Adam Hess of TerraCRG represented the seller and was the sole broker on the sale.
