TerraCRG announced the sale of 862 Knickerbocker Avenue, a six-unit multifamily property in Bushwick. Matt Cosentino, Eric Satanovsky and John Bataille, were the sole brokers. The gut renovated property sold for $2,700,000, achieving record pricing for a six-unit building in this sub-section of Bushwick. The property consists of six fully-renovated, free markert apartments.
