The building at 857-861 Union St. in Park Slope, Brooklyn, has set a building-price record for the tony neighborhood. The property, which includes 12 apartments and two retail spaces, sold for $8.63 million, or $842 a square foot. The new, unknown owner plans to replace the current Prospect Garden Pharmacy with a national retail tenant.
