According to Brooklyn-focused brokerage TerraCRG, $5 billion in sales transactions were completed in that borough in 2013, an increase of 16% from the year before. Ofer Cohen, the company’s founder and CEO, predicts that $6 billion in deals will get done in Brooklyn this year, a 20% increase.
