TerraCRG partner Dan Marks isn’t ready to play fortune teller just yet. While demand has run up tremendously over the last few years and fundamentals remain strong, he says, there’s plenty that can change in the next few months that could help or hurt, such as Gowanus’ potential rezoning.
“We still have to see how strong the demand for space really is and how much tenants will be willing to pay,” he tells Bisnow.
