Brooklyn’s investment sales market has just wrapped up its best first half of a year since 2022.
The number of commercial deals and their total dollar volume both increased year over year during the first half of 2026, according to brokerage TerraCRG’s latest market report for the borough.
Brooklyn saw 689 commercial transactions overall for a total dollar volume of just under $4 billion, a 15% jump in deal volume and a 38% increase in dollar volume compared to the first half of 2025, the report says.
