Laura Blum joined TerraCRG as an Investment Sales Associate on the firm’s leading sales team lead by Ofer Cohen and Dan Marks. She is actively involved in various aspects of the sales and marketing cycles, with a focus on investment sales of income-producing assets, including multifamily and mixed-use properties.
In order to deliver the greatest value when representing her clients, Laura constantly keeps them in mind, lobbies for them, and aims to place them in the best possible position based on their goals. It is this mindset—rather than a transaction-based approach—that sets Laura apart from the competition, and resulted in nearly 100 exclusive listings in her first year in residential real estate, while filling all of her vacancies within 10 days.
Laura leverages her diverse background and entrepreneurial drive to assess and address her clients’ individualized needs, with an unwavering philosophy that true success results from adding immediate value and fostering genuine long-term relationships while maintaining a core commitment never to compromise on integrity. Born in Brazil to a biochemist and a businesswoman, Laura has also lived in Austria as an exchange student and in Switzerland while working at the U.N. She holds a B.A. in International Relations, and is trained both in photography and film-making. She speaks English and Portuguese (her native language) and is conversational in Spanish, German and French. Laura’s personal interests range from playing Texas Hold’em to reading about Nuclear disarmament, and she considers volunteering at a shelter as one of the most rewarding and insightful experiences in life.
