Antonina Agrusa is the Vice President of Marketing at TerraCRG and has been with the firm since 2017. Antonina works closely with Ofer Cohen, TerraCRG’s Founder & CEO, and is responsible for leading the firm’s marketing and communication strategies, both those in support of the firm’s client assignments and those aimed at defining and communicating the firm’s brand. She is also leading TerraCRG’s civic and community involvement as the firm is committed to strategically supporting local charities and non-profit organizations, and was recently appointed a member of the Board of Trustees of the Brooklyn Hospital Foundation.
Antonina leads the production of various Brooklyn real estate networking events and industry roundtables. Most notably, she spearheads the annual Only Brooklyn Real Estate Conference, a full-day conference bringing in 600+ attendees going into its tenth year, as well as the annual Brooklyn Holiday Party bringing together over 300 Brooklyn market leaders and friends of the firm.
She is also the Executive Producer of HeyBK, the podcast telling the stories of prominent Brooklynites, thought leaders, politicians and visionaries that have made a significant impact on Brooklyn. Her responsibilities include identifying guests, marketing and promotion, and overseeing the editing process.
Prior to joining TerraCRG, Antonina worked at the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce for four years under the leadership of Carlo Scissura. She began her time there as the Director of Special Events and Marketing and co-managed over 200 events including B2B networking events and signature events. The role eventually evolved to the Director of Brooklyn Tourism focused on promoting Brooklyn as a tourist destination. This included curating programs and collateral such as Brooklyn’s first winery and brewery tour maps, managing community partnerships with corporate sponsors like Airbnb, overseeing marketing, public relations and social media efforts, and organizing B2B events for small businesses in the tourism industry.
Antonina graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and Communication Sciences from CUNY Brooklyn College in 2012.
A lifelong Brooklynite, Antonina was born and raised in Bensonhurst. She enjoys spending her free time exploring new places, whether that be restaurants, cafes, or different cities around the world – Tokyo being her favorite, by far. She has always had a knack for baking sweets and her latest pastime is Tabata Ultimate Fitness; after all, life is all about balance.
