TerraCRG has announced the completion of three office leases in DUMBO – two at 55 Washington Street and one at 31 Washington Street. Caroline Pardo, Chris Havens and Micah Hecht of the TerraCRG office leasing division brokered the deals. The tenants of the two leases signed at 55 Washington Street were represented by Pardo and Hecht, and the landlord, Two Trees Management Co., represented themselves.
• A 7,076 s/f suite was leased to Experience Interaction LLC, an agency focusing on digital-first storytelling. Additionally, a 1,714 s/f suite was leased to Duke Properties, an investment firm that identifies multifamily acquisition opportunities. Both tenants signed on for a five-year lease.
• A seven-year lease was signed at 31 Washington Street; the newly renovated 6,250 s/f space was leased to BReel, an international creative agency working globally with offices in Stockholm, London, Los Angeles, New York, and Barcelona. This is a sister company of B-Reel Films. Havens represented the landlord; B-reel did not have a broker.
