Peleg Neev has over 10 years of extensive experience in developing and selling real estate in New York City. During his extensive work in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx he developed and sold hundreds of residential homes, multifamily buildings and commercial properties.
He is currently a Senior Advisor, Distressed Sales, Development & Syndications at Terra CRG, where he is utilizing his experience and industry knowledge to identify distressed real estate assets, formulate disposition strategies and structure a wide array of commercial transactions.
Most recently, Peleg was the founder of Best Price Real Estate (BPRE), a Queens-based full service development and brokerage firm focusing on developing, building and marketing 1-4 family properties in the five boroughs. In BPRE, he identified, analyzed and structured development projects and oversaw a team of over 25 sales, marketing and project management professionals.
He has intimate knowledge of the developments, prices, properties and trends in Brooklyn, primarily in Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Clinton Hill and Bushwick.
Peleg attended 3 years of Real Estate studies in NYU and is a licensed broker. He had served in the Israeli Defense Forces. He lives with his wife and two daughters in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn.
