A young commercial real estate
firm in Brooklyn is looking for entrepreneurial professionals to join our
growing team. While no previous real estate experience is required, we
seek self confident individuals that like to work hard and would like to
learn the business from the ground up.
The investment sales
specialist will be working within a team environment and reporting to a
senior broker and will be responsible for

Cultivate
new business and market existing listings through extensive cold calling
·
Develop
relationships with potential owners, buyers and tenants
·
Conduct
property tours
·
Identify
new opportunities by staying abreast of market trends and developments
·
Help
manage pipeline and deal flow
You have to be able to handle
phone conversations with a wide range of customers with different
sophistication levels, cultures and backgrounds (i.e: switching quickly from a long conversation with a Manhattan
based institutional investor that just purchased a 25M income producing
property downtown, directly to a casual chat with a local plumber that is
looking for a small industrial property for his business….)
You have to be able to learn
quickly and manage large amounts of information in an online database.
You must be an avid excel user and have extensive online research
experience.
You must have great
communication skills and good understanding of basic finance.
This is a great opportunity to
be a key player in a small team and learn the commercial real estate
business from the ground up.
This is an independent
contractor-commission based position with earning potential in the first
year of anywhere between $30,000 to $80,000.
Extensive training will be
provided.
Must have bachelors degree.
