TerraCRG, the Brooklyn-focused commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, has hired John Bataille as a senior associate.
At TerraCRG, he will work alongside Matt Cosentino, VP of investment sales focused on the East Brooklyn market. Earlier this year, Cosentino’s team closed on 798 Knickerbocker, a rehabbed multifamily building, for $611/SF, setting a record in that section of Bushwick.
